1. Who we are
AI Squish Face (aisquishface.lol) is an independent AI video creation service. It is not affiliated with ClipTrend.ai or any social platform, studio or person referenced on this site.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country.
3. Plans and billing
Creator and Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Monthly plans renew monthly and annual plans renew annually until canceled. Prices are in US dollars and may exclude local taxes.
4. Generation and queue
Generation uses shared capacity. During busy periods, requests may wait in a queue, and priority depends on your plan. The service may adjust limits to keep it available for everyone.
5. Your content
You keep the rights you have in content you provide and are responsible for having permission to use it. Do not use another person’s likeness without consent or in a way that breaks applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use AI Squish Face to infringe rights, impersonate someone, harass others, mislead viewers about real events or break the law. Do not disrupt or attempt to reverse engineer the service.
7. Availability
The service is provided “as is” and may change while features are improved. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular generation time.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you subscribe applies to that subscription period.
